The Church of Sardior I

https://www.publicdomainpictures.net
The Church of Sardior

The Teachings of Sardior

  1. In the beginning there was nothing. There was nothing. There was nothing... until the universe awoke.
  2. Your scientists call it the Big Bang, it was more like The BIG Ah-HA!!!

Nature

  1. Matter formed from the seed; the seed is described by your periodic chart of the elements.
  2. All matter follows the pattern of the seed.
  3. The pattern can be described by your philosophers as "Sacred Geometry".
  4. The pattern is also described by your mathematicians and called Fractals.

Consciousness

  1. Matter and consciousness are one.
  2. Without consciousness there is no matter.
  3. Without consciousness there is no existence.
  4. Existence IS consciousness.

Thought

  1. Thought is the connection of matter with consciousness.
  2. A brain is useful but not necessary for thought.
  3. Thought can be as the swirling of the galaxies through the universe.
  4. Do not think that because you have a brain that thought relies solely on the realm of brains.
  5. Games of chance rely on the thoughts outside of brains for what you perceive as "luck" when rolling the dice.

Signs of the Times?

Seems today that both my computers are having problems. I'm using Quantum Fiber and it seems like every game or traffic intensive program (videos etc.) is slugging around in the mud speeds. I'll probably connect to the Comcast connection. We still have Comcast until we decide that Quantum Fiber is going to work. We are using the slowest speed Comcast has available to keep our costs down. Adding Quantum Fiber to the cost of our Comcast is less than it costs one of our friends for just one High-speed connection on Comcast. And Quantum Fiber is supposed to be the highest speed one can get for the price of $35/month.

Finally, Fiber to the home that was promised in the early 1990's. Yet, here we are with serious problems...

It's not our software, it's your hardware

I have been a tech since 1982 when I started working at Turf Paradise, a horse race track, as a video tech setting up and repairing everything from timing systems for the races, to camera equipment, sound systems, phone systems, etc. Computers were relatively new to the scene at that time. But one thing remains the same, no one wants to hear that "their" realm is at fault for failures.

So many times in my life I have heard the statement, "It's not our problem, it's yours!" Way more times than I can count have I found that 'my' equipment is working perfectly, it's the software accessing it that has not been configured correctly.

Once again I am facing that beast, doing all my troubleshooting, finding my equipment works perfectly and #QuantumFiber has protocols in their system that won't let my equipment connect to the Internet. Not all my equipment, just one, and then another that I use to bypass their lack of connectivity.

No need to call, they will again tell me that it is my equipment, even though I can connect with Comcast.net with ALL my equipment, even the one rejected by Quantum Fiber.

Daily Magic

Yesterday I saw a leaf, unusual in that it looked like someone painted it, partially, like a drip of paint from a painter's brush.

Then, the scientist touched it. It disappeared.

Vote? WTF

Those of us waking up to the capitalist empire and the sham any government embracing capitalism has become cannot in good conscience vote for either of the empire managers the banking systems have put in place.

Our choices:

Biden = WWIII
Trump = Civil War

WWIII spells the doom of all humans on this planet.

Civil War destroys the US of Ameriakkka but leaves intact most of the rest of the world.

I choose saving the rest of the world instead of a Scorched Earth scenario. I actually will be voting my conscience with Jill Stein. I cannot vote for a Capitalist Puppet. Good luck with your Lesser of two evils, because you really don't know how evil that "lesser" really is. You have been blinded by propaganda starting with your first foray into a public school classroom and probably by blinded parents who knew no different because they have been subjected to lies and deceptions of the public education systems, aka Propaganda Indoctrination Centers, as well.

The one subject they have effectively erased from the curriculum to make sure you never have the tools to oppose their pap is "Critical Thinking". You cannot get that until you get to college, and by then most of your opinions have already been formed, often by illogical "belief" systems. Get a clue, the Empire "Owners" don't want an educated in thought populace. That would be too hard to control. No, they have religion to put blinders on people. Whether it be Zionism or Nationalism, they have you by the gonads.

Last.fm Leaderboard

 Most obscure artists...

Last.fm calls me "Underground" for Martin Best Medieval Ensemble... LOL

And then on the Leaderboard, I'm first in the number of Scrobbles compared to my friends on Last.fm.

So, here I am ripping CD's this week that we bought from groups we've seen and I hit all the top scores. I am a bit surprised that my friend in Brazil is ahead of me in the most obscure since many of the groups I've been adding to my library are only "Portland, Oregon USA" groups. But then I also see that many of my plays are not scrobbled to Last.fm and I'm not sure why. Mainstream albums are, but the local productions are not always, even when they have a barcode uniquely identifying them. Last.fm probably has a database that screens scrobbles to only those they know about. Also, some of the music store promo discs are not scrobbled.

So, Last.fm is not really a true measure of the music you've been playing, but better than no measurements.

Shaking Off The Fear

It is cold and wet. Stellar's Jays are not going far from their home in the tree tops and just a few came to eat at the feeders today. Haven't seen my crows either. Very cold and no let-up of the rain. I'll be keeping an eye out for the crows and feed them when I see them.

I know I anthropomorphize in the descriptions of my avian friends. I don't think it's a sin. It is the only way I can describe to my human friends what I am observing in my avian friends. I do try to adopt the view as a different species than human and do my best to have no judgments.

That said, I do have an attitude towards one jay who seems to feel it necessary to "alarm" squawk at me all the time. I have been scolding that one whenever they're around squawking at me. There has been benefits to my scolding them. That one is quieting down a bit. Especially when they find that I still give them peanuts.

Penelope continues to say thank you, as well as a couple of others. There's one who flies to the feeder, never touching down and takes a peanut out of the tuna can while hovering for just a fraction of a second and is gone in a heartbeat. So many different personalities and styles of motion.

Young Stellar's Jay
One thing I have seen consistently is in the younger ones: shivering, fluffing up their feathers just before they try to get a peanut from the feeder when I'm standing there. I think it is a process of mind that allows them to shake off the fear of coming that close to such a huge beast as me. They always do it just before attempting to fly to the feeder.

And then there is Penelope, who has taken peanuts from my hand. She is the one who thanks me for the peanuts, while on the feeder. It is a strange relationship I have with her. She is the one tossing the smaller peanuts out of the feeder in favor of the larger peanuts. Those are the ones the crows are getting, and probably a squirrel or two.

jay feeder
I have seen my crow take a peanut from the jay feeder. I originally tried to make a squirrel proof feeder for the crows out of some 'found' materials. It wasn't something the crows would be interested in because the branches were very thin, but strong. Jays love it. Jays hop, crows walk, ...and really, are clumsy. And they know their limitations and don't, usually, wind up on something they'll knock down. The usual time they do that is when there is definitely food there and no one is watching. But, I digress...

The crows give in to the jays' demands, jays are tough birds. They give Barred Owls hell often. By feeding my jays the way I'm feeding them I am able to keep them away from our "other" feeding areas. We have some suet cages and a couple other seed feeders around for the variety of birds that come through our world here.

The way I see it, if the crow lets me know he/she=xe is there I distract the jays by filling the tuna can Jay feeder with peanuts. I also fill all the single peanut feeders (4 of them) and walk away. As soon as I leave there is holy pandemonium; all the jays are grabbing a peanut and finding some place to hide it to get another as quickly as possible. There're too many peanuts to go through for them to possibly follow me to the front yard. I drop a handful on the ground in the front yard and walk quickly back watching for jays following me. If I see one I can call them back to the feeders. LOL

In the meantime my crow has put out the call and 3 other crows come down and swiftly take all the peanuts and are gone. It's one of the most fun games I've ever played and the crows and I are playing it against the jays.

The words of Sardior

Dragonisms:
  1. Whatever path you take, you are on the Dragon Path.
  2. If you think you are not Dragon, think again.
  3. Dragon says: Breathe Deep!
  4. If Dragon likes being naked, Dragon will be born that way.
  5. Quarrel not with Dragon, for thou art crunchy and tasty with catsup, and will soon become Dragon.
  6. It is futile to take from Dragon that which Dragon does not give. (See #5)
  7. Only dancing Dragons should ever carry a sword or drive a car.
  8. Better a Dragon with a flaw than a warthog with lipstick.
  9. Dragon says, "Read to me for there is time to learn", and ignorance and loneliness are swept from two.
  10. Dragon conserves energy to win battlefields and love by its prudent use.
  11. Flinging Dragon Dung? Expect to eat some too.
  12. Dragon says: Think not of the power of the oppressor for that will overwhelm. Think of how you have given power and then weaken them.
  13. Dragon says: Place a dragon upon a pedestal and call them good, and you have thrown another into the pits of hell and called them evil. For, good and evil are but two sides of the same coin.
  14. Dragon says: It is better to step sideways and let the buffoon trip on itself with a little snag. that may have been left there. I don't remember, I don't recall.
  15. Dragon says: All life is on borrowed time. Some steal time from others. Some throw time away in petty anger. All are borrowing it from the universe and soon the universe will collect.
  16. Dragon says: That which a dragon fights most vehemently against is what dragon becomes.
  17. Dragon Says: Beliefs are best kept, quiet. After all, they are all lies
  18. Dragon Says: If one does not wish for something to be said, do not write it.

Gone

It is confusing sometimes. I have always lived in caves. Dark, often warm, but always in shadow. When I lived on Emerald we lived in caves. When I lived on Ruby we lived in caves. I am comfortable in caves.

She lived on the plains. She has always lived on the plains. To her, the darkness was oppressive. She would always open the blinds and then open the windows and let the fresh air come in. It messed up my vision. Made it difficult to see my interface console. The cold breeze would bring a shiver over my body. She always called me "cave dweller" like that was a bad thing.

But, now, I open the windows and the blinds. It makes me feel like she is still here. Embracing the cold fresh air and the constant gray skies brings the visage of her beauty back into my mind. How I long for her complaints of my cave dwelling origins.

This is a story that my mind created about a feeling in my heart. Do not take this as reality other than the feelings. The feelings are real, but the names have been changed to protect the innocent. ;-)

A Link to Pig, Dino and Lady Animation

My grandson was very interested in how animations are made and so we spent some time putting together an animation using his toys at the time. It was a great experience for both him and me as we decided together what we were going to have the characters in the 'lady-dino' segment actually do. The pig segment was just to show him the results of making an inanimate object appear to move through stop motion. The last segment (dino appearing to talk) was done next to show him how to make things look like they are doing more than just moving. The mid segment was the final segment done showing Lady being chased around a wooden track. I would suggest that everyone do something like this with their kids and grandkids. It is so much fun. Sometime in the future we may decide to put audio to the video. That will be another learning experience for all of us. Hope you enjoy the visuals.

Homeless One

She was warm in my greenhouse in the dead of winter.
I could see that she didn't have much, she was poor.
I offered a sweet meal of sugar and water,
she was so very grateful to feast.
After filling her appetite to over full
(a small droplet hung from her mouth),
she left to find somewhere to live.

my world

There is a world where there is food, water, shelter, and all necessities for everyone. The world is at peace because everyone has integrated themselves with where they are. We no longer are fighting nature, but living with it. Science is the method of learning, instead of faith. Life and diversity is sacred; all life. The natural order is respected, and no species is considered more or less valuable than another.

Unfortunately, it is not Earth, not yet. It won't be easy, and the odds are we won't survive to see it. But, that world that I have seen is worth becoming. We are not here to fight amongst ourselves, we are here to exist in the best way we can. We have brains and self awareness. That ability requires we take responsibility for everything we do. Without understanding that we are irresponsible when we fight with nature, murder species for the sake of our comfort, food, pleasure or ego, we are in fact designing and building the means of our doom. Without the biodiversity that evolved on this planet we are a doomed species.

But, hell... yes, that is where we are right now. There is no biblical Hell. Hell is what we create because of our ignorance and blind allegiance to fabrications of our enslavement. Tribe, religion, nation, country, city, state, money; are all fabrications which enslave and blind us to the reality of where we are.

Please, think about it. Help us find that world I have seen.

Agave

Small Agave Americana

Agave (Americana)

There is no good nor evil in nature, there is only adaptation.

"Nature is reckless of the individual." -Ralph Waldo Emerson

The agave plant is a beautiful species that inhabits most of the deserts of the southwest United States, much of Mexico, and South America. Man has transported many species around the world and they have adapted to many different climates. It is a very useful plant in that its fibers can be used for cloth, sweet syrups can be made from the blooms, and the famous liquor Mescal is made from the heart of the plant. Agaves are not related in any way to the aloe. They are most closely related to the yucca and are not a cactus.

When I was young, I had a cactus garden where I had planted many different species of succulents, cactus, and other desert plants. I had 3 different species of agave and loved the beauty and symmetry of the leaves.

Agave Americana seriously dehydrated
A neighbor has recently given me a tiny agave. She received one in a plant exchange they had at her school. It is definitely in very sad shape and needs some TLC. I am in the process of giving it enough water to sustain it through the planting process.

Agaves, especially the A. Americana, are probably the most dangerous desert plant you can find. The leaves have an extremely sharp spine on the tip that can penetrate through your entire body, stopping only if it encounters a bone. These plants were the most dangerous for any horse rider. Falling onto an agave plant from above was certain impalement. Cacti, and other desert plants do not have that kind of danger. While you can get infections from getting poked by multiple spines, the spines generally only inflict painful wounds that can be easily treated once you find a good medic. (The only exception to this is the Saguaro. That large cactus has been the means of many people's death due to crushing because of the shear weight of it, usually because of them stupidly doing something like chopping one down, or running into one with a vehicle.) Puncture of your heart, lungs, or other vital organs by an agave leaf is not so easy to treat.

Agave in the Sedona area
As I was growing up, I found that there were 3 kinds of people who grew agave. The first was the newcomer who wasn't aware of how really dangerous agave plants are to have around. They would grow them but after being poked seriously a few times, they often would dig them out and plant a less dangerous species like a true cactus or desert tree or give up on spiny desert foliage because of how easily one can be injured by most of them. The second kind, grew them much as I did to create a space of true desert beauty in their garden spaces. They would often place them around other prickly desert plants and keep them where they could be observed safely. The third are the kind who grow them to purposefully injure those who would trespass. There is a large group of people who fit in the third category in the desert southwest. That, to me, is evil.

I have a love for all plants, but I will not keep this one. Once I have revived it and been able to get it established, I will find someone who fits the second category and give it to them. I do not like to be associated with the third group and so will not keep agaves around my neighborhood, family, nor friends.

The Neighbors

The Neighbors

I was looking down the street one night and felt like something was there. There was nothing that I could see, but I kept standing there wondering what I was missing.

Donna came out without saying anything, looked down the road where I was looking and then said,
"That house has gremlins."
"Gremlins?" I queried.
"Or trolls."
"Ah, Trolls. I see them now."

Lightning At Westglenn

August 24, 2004 It was a dark and stormy night. LOL The lightning was magnificent. I was lucky and caught several flashes. This was probably the most dramatic shot of the evening.

Niphados has emerged from the snow to play.

Niphados came out of the big snow of 2010. She tried to emerge a couple of times but remained buried under all that snow for a long time. She did finally emerge towards the last of the snow and she was beautiful. She crumbled the walls of the fortress with her talons and tail, laid some eggs so there would be more dragons for our future, and was in the spotlight for her magnificence on the front page of the local newspaper. It took 3 days (8 hours per day) to get her to emerge from the huge snow bank around our house. And on the last day she finally whispered her name to me, “Niphados” which means snowflake in Greek.

Meditations on Winter Photography

Last night I was out in a snow storm again to take photos of the winter evenings/nights. Apparently the City does not turn on the Holiday lights in the park as an effort to save its budget. This has been a real disappointment for many of the Flagstaff Residents. It is understandable, but still a disappointment. This first image is of the only tree in front of city hall lit up with holiday lights.

In the searches for some really bizarre looking scenes I decided to check out the Church of the Nativity again. The lights are on there sporadically, but even without the church lights turned on the street lights create some really strange effects. The lights were on. So I started taking photos of this structure built around the turn of the 20th century.

City HallThe church is painted pink on the concrete surfaces and volcanic stone faces the rest of the structure. What amazes me is that the lights on the church itself are reddish orange. Now I don't know what prompted them to put that color of light on the church, but when looking at it from a distance it carries with it a red glow, much more pronounced than just incandescent lighting. Photographs make it look a hellish red. I wonder sometimes if this isn't a subconscious or even conscious effort to scare; images in the back of the mind, constant reminders of Hell. And these images can only be seen at night, the time of Horace/Satan/Pluto/Hades.

Something interesting to note is that there have been no new Catholic churches built with gargoyles. And in Europe they had quit building them a long time before this one was built (close to 100 years before). Why would they put gargoyles on a "modern" church. David Icke brings up an interesting idea that he came across in his studies. Only Catholic churches with catacombs have gargoyles on them. A little investigation into the subterranean of Flagstaff shows that there are underground tunnels all over the city and they actually connect to the underground structures of the Church of the Nativity. You cannot enter the church from underground (locked) but if there are structures underground then it is not out of the realm of possibilities that there exists catacombs of some kind or another.

So, here are some of the photos that I took last night and the thoughts that ran through my head as I was taking them. Enjoy!

God's True Identity Revealed!!!!

In an article dated Tuesday, February 3rd, 2009, by the Arizona Daily Sun, the true identity of God was revealed. In a realatively innocuous article about the closing of the Vercamp's Curios store at the Grand Canyon a declaration of the true identity of God was made. And I quote, "Grand Canyon was created on Feb. 26, 1919, by President Woodrow Wilson."

Is this an executive power placed in the hands of the president of the United States? What implications does this have for our current political situations. What does this mean for our scientific world when with the mere sweep of the hand an entire geologic feature can be created?

Stay Tuned... more to be revealed.
